a better me

Dear Yelle,

Ten years ago, you were just in your college years. You’ve experienced quite a bit of ups and downs, and thankfully you’ve surpassed them all. Who knew you had the courage and strength to pass all those?

The reason I’m saying this is because you’re currently facing a storm that you’re not sure of surviving. But here’s the thing — why see it as a problem if there’s no solution for it? It’s just a test given to you. Soon you’ll get to the end. Soon you’ll get to the resolution. All you need to do is to weather the struggles thrown to you.

You thought you were over it. You thought everything’s okay. Yes, it is. All you need to do is to believe.

Miracles happen. Nothing’s impossible. You’re an optimist, right? Why not think positive thoughts? Be rational. Your anxiety won’t get you anywhere. It’ll just affect you — your work, your family, your friends, your life. Stress will make you sick. Don’t go that far.

Pray. All’s good with God. He’ll make everything okay.

Love,
Yelle
